Ingredients
1. Flour¡Êsuzi¡Ë: ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡1/2 cup
2. Ghee: ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡2 table spoon
3. Sugar:¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ ¡¡¡¡3 to 4 table spoon
4. Water: ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡1/2 cup
5. Dried grapes: ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ 2 table spoon
6. Cashew nuts: ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡2 table spoon
7. Laurier: ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡2 leaves
8: Cardamom: ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡2 g

Direction

1. Melt sugar with boiled water in a bowl.
2. Cut cashew nuts and dried grapes into small pieces.
3. Put ghee in a pan on the fire. Add laurel & cardamom stir it well. Put flour
and stir it well again till a scent comes up. (Stir it quickly)
4. Mix­¡and­¢ into­£ and stir it well for 3-4min.
5. Ready to serve.
