Ingredients¡¡ Servings 5-6¡¡:
250 gms. Yogurt (1 1/4 cup)
1 Cucumber¡İchopped
1 Capsicum¡İchopped
1 cup Cabbage¡İchopped
2 Tbsp. Spearmint¡İchopped
1/4 tsp. Mustard Powder
1/4 tsp. Sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp. Salt & Pepper
1/2 tsp. Roasted Cumin Powder
Method:
1. Drain the yogurt for 15 minutes.
2. Put all chopped vegetables in ice water to make them crisp.
3. Beat the yogurt with beater (till the lumps disappear).
4. Remove vegetables from water & drain the water very well.
5. Mix yogurt, vegetables & all other ingredients.
6. Keep in the refrigerator till serving time.
