Japanese cooking class for foreign residents was held on 12th, March. The
cooking class had been started with big demands for TERIYAKI which is getting
popular all over the world is featured.
20 participants from 10 different countries and districts tried to cook
¡ÈTeriyaki bowl¡É,¡ÉNANOHANA with Mustard dressing¡É,¡É Long White Radish
Marinated in Sweet Vinegar¡É and ¡ÈMiso soup with Tofu, Long Green Onion
and Mushrooms¡É. |
